- Event registrations are subject to availability and APA’s discretion.
- Fees paid for tournaments or workshops are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

6. Code of Conduct
- All participants must maintain respectful behavior towards players, coaches, and staff.
- Harassment, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in removal from the premises and possible membership termination.
